A Paper Dumpling Bonus for a Little Extra Making
When you feel like taking a break from coloring scenes, the final sheet offers a small craft project. It contains the front and back of one paper dumpling, with matching outside contours and instructions for coloring, cutting, taping and filling.
You will need coloring supplies, scissors, clear tape and soft tissue. Ask an adult to help with cutting. Keep both pieces at the same print scale so their outlines line up.
The template has been checked digitally, but physical printing and assembly have not yet been tested. This is a one-page bonus in a coloring collection.

- Open the PDF and select US Letter paper. The pages are designed for 8.5 × 11 inches in portrait orientation.
- Choose Actual Size / 100%. Check the print preview before printing, especially for the two matching craft pieces.
- Print single-sided. Start with one sample page to see how your printer and coloring supplies work together.
- Set out your colors. Put a spare sheet underneath if you use markers, and test them on separate paper first.
The interior drawings are vector artwork, so their lines stay crisp when rendered for printing. The colorful cover is a raster image. There is no need to print the cover every time you want another coloring session.

Make the Friends Your Own
For a soft mochi look, start with one pale base color and add a slightly darker shade along the lower edge. A tiny patch of white left uncolored can give a cheek or rounded body a little shine.
